Thursday:  Lunges, Situps, Push Press, Box Step ups; Hip Mobility

 

Friday: Wallballs, HSPU, Snatches; Hip Mobility

 

Saturday:  Row/Ski, Air Squats, TTB, Pullups, Situps, Rope Climbs/MUs
