Wednesday:  Strength: Power Snatch  WOD: OHS, STOH, HC Burpees

 

Thursday:  Strength: Clean & Jerks, WOD: Rope Climbs/Sled pulls, Thrusters, Run/Row

 

Friday:  KBS, Row, Box Jumps, Situps

 

Saturday:  Double Unders, Run/Row/Ski, Situps, Air Squats, Burpees
