Thursday:  5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats, then Row, Ski  Strength: Thrusters

 

Friday:  Run/Row/Ski, Overhead Squats/Front Squats Situps

 

Saturday:  Partner or Individual: Deadlifts, Hang Cleans, Shoulder to Overhead, Run/Row
