I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and is ready to kick 2013 off with a bang! I hope the subject line got your attention and all the details are to follow, but you have to read thru the boring stuff first. My apologies for the website not being updated Christmas week…I believe we are on the same page now.
First of all, Regular Hours Monday, Dec 31 st . We will still have a 10:00am class only Tuesday, Jan 1 This is also posted on our website, as well as Facebook.
All apparel is in: please pick up if you have ordered, and PLEASE pay if you have not. I will be reordering hoodies and thermals tomorrow.
December Athlete of the Month : Danielle Littleton! Congrats Danielle!!! She hasn’t missed a beat!!! It’s very inspiring to have this lady run past you at 32 weeks, huh? You are truly amazing and very well deserved!! Infrared Sauna : If you haven’t experienced, do so!!! It’s awesome!!!
Photos and 2013 Calendar : In the works, about finished and will order asap, let me know if you would like to order a calendar. The pictures from the photo shoot are all so good! I will text you a picture for your approval of the calendar page. Martin Creatives Images will have your images ready for sale shortly and will be passing that info along asap. The pics that were posted on facebook for our use please respect this as a gift, do not change or crop the company watermark out. Tim has been so nice to give these to us. Please order once he gives us the info.

Yep, that’s right, a year’s membership, unlimited status, as long as 25 people participate. Contest will start Wednesday, January 2, 2012 and go thru Feb 13, 2012. Ok, so how do I win? There will be one Grand Prize Winner, simply the individual with the most rewarded stars. Second highest person will receive two months free unlimited membership and the third highest will receive a one month free unlimited membership. This is a competition in which the more effort you put in, the more you get. You don’t have to be the top athlete, you can be 60+ years of age, and yes, you can even be on the “cripple CrossFit “plan to win!

We have put a lot of thinking into this and a lot of time has been spent, because you are the most important part of CrossFit XLR8. Please read the challenge in its entirety.
